Brand-Standard Automotive Facility at Greenfields

City Mazda represents the type of design-and-construct commercial work we deliver when brand standards, construction timelines, and site constraints all need to align. Completed in 2016, the project comprised an 883-square-metre showroom across two levels, plus a 936-square-metre workshop with offices and wash bay.

The structure required approximately 800 square metres of precast panels, structural steel, and glazed façade—all executed to Mazda's strict design guidelines while meeting a six-month construction deadline. We coordinated all joinery and landscaping works, and organized the augmentation of services to the site, including stormwater connections from 200 metres away.
