Description
The development of the Astoria Apartments was a design and construct project undertaken by Palumbo. The project included 14 boutique two-bedroom apartments with large cantilever balconies and an open tiled atrium.
The ground level also included the construction of a restaurant with a commercial standard kitchen set-up. The kitchen included commercial electronics, exhaust ducts, isolations, grease arrestor.
The complex includes secure carparking, 2 fire escapes, a 12 person lift, common lobby and open atrium. Items such as fire walls, fire protection of steel members and services were carried out and managed by our project team.
