Description

The project involved the construction of 24 townhouses, including;

10 x three storey;
10 x two storey; and
4 x single storey dwellings

The construction was carried out through a design and construct by novation process. The use of lightweight materials such as Hebel external panelling, fire-shaft walling and fire-check ceilings enabled us to create continuity and productivity in construction.
