Mazda - Mawson Lakes

Description

In 2016, Palumbo completed the design and construction of a brand new Mazda sales and service showroom at Greenfields. The project includes the construction of a 883sqm showroom over two levels, 936sqm workshop with offices and wash bay. The structure consisted of approximately 800sqm of precast panels, structural steel and glazed façade. Palumbo successfully completed the project in the client’s strict construction timeframe of 6 months whilst adhering to Mazda’s Design Guidelines. Palumbo also completed all joinery and landscaping works and organised the augmentation of services to the site as the closest stormwater connection was 200m away.
